That's an incredible shot showing the fish in such detail. The only time I saw a Bald Eagle fishing was nearly 10 years in Nova Scotia, and I have reworked the image from the 7Dii + EF 100-400mm ii.

Thank you Alan! That shot was taken with 1DX2, 300mm 2.8 II + 2X, in Brantford, Ontario Canada. I have been photographing this breeding pair for years. They have two nests in their nesting territory, and alternate the use of them from year to year. This is another shot in the sequence. As you can see, she grabbed it with one talon, struggled but managed to pull the huge fish out of the water. I need to rework some of my older images.
