Can Z lenses be adapted to RF?
I have to give it to Nikon, they are good at making lenses.

Not if you want to be able to focus to infinity.

The flange focal distance of RF mount is 20mm. The flange focal distance of Z mount is 16mm. Without using something exotic like an adapter with internal elements the adapter would have to be -4mm thick.
