Problem with stack (in camera) EOS R7

Hi people, well enjoying the eos after selling the eos 90d... But there is something that puzzles me... today I wanted to try focus stacking (directly in camera) or in other words try to do focus bracketing and then have the camera stack it in a single image... but it fails all the time... sometimes it tells me that dof is too out of focus or to increase the aperture value, other times it tells me "(the composition stopped. The whole scene is flat and monotonous)" I don't understand anything... why does it tell me that?? Is it a fault? or do I really have to frame something very complex for it to stack? the sequence of photos is done perfectly... but it doesn't stack in camera... What am I doing wrong? Any recommendations or adjustments to get it to stack??? thanks! I attached a photo of the problem...

It can't find enough contrast and sharp edges in your scene, so it doesn't know how to stack it. The camera can't decide if something is out of focus, just a really smooth surface or both. My advice would be to try to make the subject you want to stack bigger in the frame.

Stacking tools on your computer (Helicon, Zerene) might be able to deal with it, though.
