No. It's reflection from the sky (and all the bird has some bluish tint on this photo). Otherwise I like the comment from ClickI'm not used to seeing the Great Blue Heron. Does it really have light blue legs?

There's a a very good shot in the latest post (by @gh4photos) of a Great Blue Heron now so I can compare colours. The bird with the blue legs also has a much brighter and vivid coloured beak and perhaps the whole image has been colour enhanced rather than just reflection of the sky?No. It's reflection from the sky (and all the bird has some bluish tint on this photo).
