Very nice time lapse, interesting the way the bulk carrier yaws around, guessing with the action of the tide. Fireworks were a bit short!
Cheers, Graham.

Was that an R5 overheating?Reviving this thread as I was recently in Niagara Falls and caught the nightly fireworks display, this is from Prospect Point on the US side with the American Falls in the foreground.

I think these are fine. Sometimes fireworks photos can benefit from a little blue sky breathing room.I am disappointed with these. Not trying to make excuses but camera is new to me and I could not get exposure correct. I could not get shutter speed longer than 5 seconds. Figured out today I needed to be in mechanical shutter mode. That and I live in a town so small FW last about 10 minutes LOL

Nice! I'm enjoying these much more than the white stuff falling from my local night sky.Going back through catalogs I have not had time to process. Always love fireworks. These were from August in Newport Rhode Island. The Naval Station has an annual "Salute to Summer."
