Bees, almost bees, wasp, flies...

I am just jealous it has rained 25 out of the last 30 days. I am starting to feel like I moved to Bergen Norway.
:ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO: I suspect every one here loves outdoor! And every rain will stop sooner or later (as every good weather - just to be fair...)!

These are mine from today: Polistes exclamans is not very aggressive wasp but still I prefer longer distance to shoot them!

And the second and most probably the last dump from the bees. This time "almost bees".
Please if any one has an idea what is in the last two photos - tell us. For now it goes between me and my daughter as "the Michelin wasp":D. The Michelin logo is in white, the wasp is black but I'm sure every one will see the similarity:)

beautiful photos, but isn't it dangerous to get so close?
Little bit more than 3 meters (500mm lens) is not that close for this species. I wouldn't try with macro lens on these (or any other bees/wasps) - last year I spent 4 days in hospital after bee sting:(.
