For sure it's the Hobby! You can see all the things that separate it from the rest of the European falcons. Only the Merlin (F. columbarius) is somewhat similar but it has different (and diffuse) black marks on the head (and you shouldn't see it in Germany in this season)Two days earlier I took this series at the same place.
