A moth I couldn't ID yet. So if you can help me...
What I'm sure of: It is a male! Look at the antennae! Those are fanned out so widely to "smell" the female pheromones

For the first time, a broad-bordered bee hawk-moth (hemaris fuciformis) visited my garden.

Me, too. But I must admit that it was pure luck, as this time the moth was flying to the higher blooms of my about 3 m high buddleia.
