Canon RF 16-28mm f2.8 IS STM

4 different super wide angle zooms?! And the RF-S 10-18. Are there not real holes in the strategy of the line of RF (&S) series of lenses?

I have the 10-18 and the 15-35. Sorry Canon there is not room for more in my bags ;-)

There is however room for a RF-S 50-150 F2.8 and especially a 24-105 equivalent RF-S lens a RF-S 15-45 (or even to 75mm).

RF-S is for the APS-C Bodies only. You don't need many canon lenses to get a gapless range from UUW to Tele. The main decision is, how many money you want to spend for. I prefere L-Quality lenses with f/2.8. And yes, they are very expensive. But all of the L-Lenses are excellent in their first version. This was'nt not allways the case at EF-Lense time. As an expample, the EF 16-35 L f/2.8 was very good in the third version. The F4 Lense in the first release.
The price was not lower if you got a not so good running lense. I did not heard anything bad infor about any new RF-L Lenses since they are on the market. Thats tells me, that Canon spend more time in the development. The price requires this, but we all know, sometimes shit happens.
I like the all the cams from Canon, but they are to much premium for me where photography is just one of three hobbies. So, as long i can handle it, i will use my Sigma Art and Canon L Lenses with the EF-Mount and the adapter. Works great for me and the pictures are fine.
If i had a wish free, i would not use it for lenses...even i like doing photos.
