Fix Video Stuttering, Jumping

So my first time to shoot video, since 12 years.
I thought it would be more "Auto" this time - less human intervention.
I forgot the basic settings required to get good video.

I was using Powershot V1, set to video mode, and press record, to shoot school event.
Now, back home, when I play it. the video stutter/jump, but audio looks good.
Most likely because the shutter speed was set to 1/125? I idk..

Can anyone enlighten me, on what is going on?

Update: whole above post is wrong. I am trying to delete it.
Recording video is as good as choosing the video resolution and pressing the record button.
As easy as it could get.

My Bad, the video I took was good, shakey though on the long end FL.
(I likely forgot to enable video IS)
It was only stuttering when video is played on DPP Software.
