How fast does your R5ii wake from sleep?

I have done some testing with the R5 Mk II. The time needed to show exposure information in the viewfinder is dependent on the time the camera has been inactive after it 'has gone to sleep':
  1. A short period of inactivity results in a short (+/-1 sec) time so show exposure information, regardless of the memory cards in the camera (SD + CFE, SD Only, CFE only).
  2. With a longer period of inactivity (i.e. minutes) the results appear to be dependent on the memory cards in the camera:
    • CFE card only: results in a short (+/- 1 sec) time so show exposure information.
    • SD Card only: results in a longer (+/- 5-6 sec) time to show exposure information.
    • CFE + SD Card: mixed results, sometimes the camera shows the exposure information within a second, sometimes it takes 5-6 seconds.
    • I have repeated these test with different card configurations 3- 5 times
How do you define 'gone to sleep'? It depends on your settings, but the display can shut off before the camera actually goes to sleep. Could it be that in your 'short period of inactivity' situation, the camera is has not powered off but rather the display has just shut off?

No, I did all my tests with the camera powering ‘off’ after the ‘Auto power off’ time, as I assumed that’s what @AlanF meant with ‘Wake from sleep’.
