Canon EOS R50 V, EOS RV & PowerShot V1 Coming March 26

I have a feeling these cameras will not do well. Dont ask me why. Hope I\'m wrong. Maybe if they add a separate add on viewfinder it may help them. Maybe the young will adore them.
The cameras are clearly not marketed towards you then. These are clearly going to be marketed towards Vloggers, Podcaster, Social media content creation ect. There are FAR more people in that buying category then there are with that old school mentality on cameras some people still have, Not every camera is designed with photos first in mind or professional photography. SONY has proven that these $600 Ish dollar Vlog cameras sell VERY well.

The ZV-1 II and ZV-E10 II are Sony's top selling cameras.
Canon has more competition for the rumored R50V than Sony does but not having an EVF makes these cameras more pocketable.

As a non-vlogger, how does the lack of IBIS help? Is it purely price and feature parity with Sony or is there a detrimental video effect when using IBIS, apart from the infamous Canon-corner-wobble?
(With video) "Having internal IBIS is going to increase the noise because of the heat."

From the online article "And Now Panasonic Explains What's Not So Good with IBIS..."

The article also says that IBIS isn't good with a "professional stabilization rig", but that wouldn't apply to a consumer grade vlogging camera.

I suspect the IBIS induced heat noise is an order or magnitude less than the noise introduced by tiny phone-sized sensors, which seems to be the market Canon/Sony are targeting.

What I want is something comparable to the Sony FX30, which goes for $1800. I'm not certain that even the EOS RV will be good enough to make me pull out my credit card.
Yes, I was hoping/assuming that the rumors about the RV and R50V being 2 separate bodies meant that we'd be seeing a ZV-E10 level body (which the R50V seems to be) and an FX30 level body. Keeping hope that it will come along later this year with the R7MkII and a new sensor.
