Here's something you don't see that often: a Clapper Rail in flight. You can tell by the wing blur that it took me by surprise: I had set the shutter speed to photograph it deep in the darkness of the weeds. Thankfully, the autofocus and image stabilization worked well. Taken on a recent trip to Belize.

Wing blur can be an attractive feature, as it is here, indicating movement.

I had some fun capturing some small birds in flight having failed to see a Bittern or Kingfisher on a trip. R5ii set at 600mm, 30fps, 13200s and f/9. Goldfinch, Great Tit and Blue Tit.
