That's a real good joke, thanks Click.Nice series, Maximilian. This time, it's FIF...Frog In Flight.
Thanks Alan.Great shots!
Luck favours the well prepared mind - Pasteur. Luck favours the lucky man with fast AF - me.That's a real good joke, thanks Click.
Thanks Alan.
I'd call it luck or, better, clumsiness.
I didn't want to scare up the heron. That's the opposite of my ethos, shooting wildlife.
At least I had the reflex to pull the trigger, when it took off.
which is why I didn't use it first - I had to remove one frame which was the worst. The only time I find rolling shutter to be a problem is when panning in front of verticals. You wouldn't notice it, however, in a single shot....and the rolling shutter. ;-)
It's just adding to the drama: "Peregrine Falcon flying off tower carrying pigeon - in the middle of earthquake". I like it better than the gif!which is why I didn't use it first - I had to remove one frame which was the worst. The only time I find rolling shutter to be a problem is when panning in front of verticals. You wouldn't notice it, however, in a single shot.
