Some great points and it looks like most are in agreement , for the record HDEW has the 5d3 for £1595 and its on the front page of the site, I think a lot of people will be buying them up now though so if your thinking about it wise to get one soon.
The point was made that the 5d4 will give you larger prints , not sure how that works for anyone else- I have had 25 foot advertising hoardings printer from my 5d3 and the results were fantastic, most of my customers want nowhere near that size and landscape prints tend to die out at A3 A2 in orders , wedding photos hardly ever reach more than A2 and lets face it if print size was the priority I would be buying a 5Ds or 5Dr. Oh yes and more pixels = larger file size = more storage cost !
