Dragonflies and Damselflies

Three times a white-legged damselfly (platycnemis pennipes) in almost the same pose.
Interesting how the BG affects the photo.
With the last photo for the first time I managed to get on IF :)

I'm really pleased I brought the 100-500mm for travelling here. Aside from the fact that I have badly hurt my knee by lifting too heavy suitcases and am hobbling around with newly acquired hiking poles, it's just so good for dragonflies as well as being lighter and smaller than the 200-800mm

Thanks Maximilian. It’s been a pain in more ways than one. It’s a lesson a big white is too big for me.
"It’s a lesson a big white is too big for me." Or "I have badly hurt my knee by lifting too heavy suitcases"?
Any way - recover ASAP (well, in our age I know it's not As Soon As We Wish...)!!!! On other hand - still a great photo!
