I noticed this on another site (MacRumors) - it's a quick way of resizing images in macOS via the Preview app (and the native Automator app), mainly for those who need to scale multiple images to a specific size. I haven't tried it out properly yet, but even my ageing Mac seems to have the tools to achieve it:
