I found this grumpy looking bird in Kanchanaburi. I think it's a streak eared bulbul

More Openbill storks. This time, was closer to the flight path and found their tree.

Is it another pond heron? I can't guess because I thought it should have a darker color on the right

I saw a black drongo, not a good pose but I'll share if anyone wants to see.
Something around bright blue 20 or 25 cm flew too fast and too far away.
There was also a ten or fifteen cm yellow green bird but a little too far away for a clear photo. The setting was nice and I'll share one if anyone wants of that.
All in all, I was able to find not only these birds, but a white squirrel, an interesting red insect, a four varieties of butterflies, some interesting plants. I don't consider myself skilled with finding wildlife so I think other can find even more plus various atrractionsi n Kanchanaburi.

Looks like an Eastern Cattle Egret. Unfortunately I cant zoom into the photo to see some stuff that will make it 99.9% positive but even now It's the Eastern with 99.5% odds :p!

I spent the day wondering in the preserve and only saw this one in a tree, and there was plenty of water around. It would have been cool to catch one fishing because that beak does look like it could do some damage.
Here's a couple of shots from my visit to Florida 5 years ago, taken with the 5DSR and EF 100-400mm II (one of my favourite camera/lens combinations ever). It was then awesome watching the Anhinga eat the Warmouth.

Wow that first shot is pretty wild, it looks like he/she pierced it twice. The birds look is deceiving, long neck, kind of goofy but that beak is deadly.

Never saw one prior to snapping the shot.
