Stock Notice: Canon EOS R5 Mark II at B&H Photo

And I dislike the fact that the video switch is too easy to actuate accidentally. It should be "lockable". (I never use video, never!)
But 3M heavy duty duct tape helps!
Agreed, and it's even worse for R5 users as it is the position for the on./off switch for it. I need some black tape.

I had a similar issue with a Leica R 4. The lever's function was exposure compensation (+ - 3 EV).
Eventually, I got sick of constantly under- or overexposed Kodachromes and simply sawed it off. Brutal, maybe, but totally efficient! Let's name it the Dremel customisation...
But in those times, I kept my cameras till they were clinically dead, so, resale value wasn't part of the equation.

Allegedly my replacement one should be with the shop this week Looks like at least a few are starting to reach the UK, although I’m not getting my hopes up until I hear it’s definitely arrived.
It did arrive, so there is some supply arriving for UK folk still waiting. Collected today, testing later today / tomorrow. (y)
