Interesting question. I am normally asked "Did you get permission to take the photo" But the answer is, I do not get permission to take or to publish. Nor do you have to. However, I do set myself some boundaries. I do not do aggressive in your face shots like a certain well known American photographer of Magnum fame, not do I do disadvantaged people unless I am making a point (political/social) Hope this helps.

I can understand that. The political and social issues are not so easily resolved, though. Kind of like health care...
