My bad, when I posted this that information was not shown. It has ND.
Where did you read or see that? It’s the same ND button location as the C70.No internal ND is a big miss on this type of camera imo. I’ll pass.
Ha! Once again, this news comes out of nowhere and catches our Canon camera rumor expert completely off guard
The Z50 does not really challenge the R7.The article mentions the unannounced body so please let it be an R7M2 fitting of the legacy of the 7DM2! The sensor IS the camera -- that makes the R7 5 yrs old! Nikon is rumored to be updating the Z50 soon, so maybe Canon will counter.

Most cinematographers don't want IBIS and will use a gimbal or other forms of devices/methods to stabilize footage. Plus most RF lens that you'd like use for this camera (with the main exception being the 28-70 F2) doesn't have IS on the lens. There’s is a lot to like here. The updated hinge is welcomed. Triple base ISO sounds good. Though, that DGO sensor in a full frame configuration might have been even better? Two notable missing features:
• IBIS
• Anamorphic support
Other than those two, this camera checks most the boxes for my use case. I’m still waiting to see what Panasonic will offer with the SH1 Mk2… rumor is it will have internal EVND. And of course need to see Sony’s FX answer. Interesting times indeed… this one came out of the blue.

Zero for two. You may want to refrain from further complaining until you're more familiar with the specs. My bad, when I posted this that information was not shown.
The RF 28-70 f/2 has horrible focus breathing.Plus most RF lens that you'd like use for this camera (with the main exception being the 28-70 F2) doesn't have IS on the lens.
I’m not talking about LCD desqueeze. I’m talking about opengate recording. Looking at the specs, I see no anamorphic recording modes listed. Neither 3:2 or 4:3.It has anamorphic support
