We were ob a beach in Tuscany recently and there were so many dragonflies there. I took a lot of photos, but kept only one. I wasn't satiesfied with the others. Mostly too small. But still here is my first dragonfly.

Thanks but I didn’t see the silk until I downloaded - it was all I could to get the shot.

This from today - darn hot and light wind on that place. We (I was with my daughter - she wants more photos of insects ) spent about 40 min there and retreat: cameras and lenses where getting so hot (forget about us...)! Even the dragons were flying rarely and lazy and no surprise: only scarce of food flying occasionally around.
