Not real winter yet but cold nights and some ice.
The second photo is one of those where I think a grey grad filter would have done a good job.
But even if I had one, I wouldn't have had it with me, because I was out for birding and traveling light.

Some more December memories of something more reminiscent of winter.
After three dry summers and now some really wet and heavy snow in December, we have a lot of snow breakage in the forests.
Even though it is not much snow, I think you can see how the trees groan under the weight of the snow.

RF 14-35mm f/4L IS USM
Post your images from Canon's RF 14-35/4. Expensive compared to the EF 16-35/4L IS, but delivers an extra 2mm on the wide end (a little more according to my testing) and remains relatively small and light, and retains the 77mm filter size common to other RF zooms like the 24-105/4, both...
